Sorry to be blunt Bluemoon: That looks.... erm..... bad. What did you make that in? Paint? Owner, I am going to make a 999 logo quick. (That kicks ass) NOTE: APPARENTLY, MY HOST DOES NOT LIKE A DIRECT LINK TO THE IMAGES. WHEN YOU CLICK THE LINK, AND THE PAGE OPENS, CLICK GO TO PARENT DIRECTORY. THEN CLICK ON LOGO.  EDIT: Ok, moon. I am VERY sorry for kinda kicking your work out, but I am a graphic designer, and a game texture artist, so I couldn't help but create a couple logo pics. Bluemoon, I used your cool soldier in the logo. ALL 999 LOGOS MOVED HERE: btdgs.byethost22.com/999clan/logo/Feel free to put them in your signature, or whatever! Just remember, PLEASE DO NOT remove my name from the images. I placed water marks on all but the userbar image. Do not remove my name. Coming soon is a 999 avatar! See ya, Metal EDIT: Owner, if you want, I can change the 999 text to the clan colors. It looks much better in red, but I think I can make it work. NEW: COLORED VERSIONS Took the time to make new versions, with colored text for 999. I did not edit the userbar, as Userbar standards specify text as white. When I did it, I made one version with the RtCW logo behind it, and one without. To be honest, I like it without more. Yeah I know it sucks XD I made it in Photoshop but in like.. 5 mins. I suck at that kind of work, I'm best at animated pics :/ Could you give me a few tips maybe? ^^

I use Adobe Photoshop. It's pretty easy and you can find a lot of tutorials for it on the net. Edited by m3ta!: Buddy, please refrain from posting crack/warez/illegal stuff here. That can get us in trouble. |

First of all: I bought Photoshop LEGALLY. If you are in school, all you have to do is go to campustech.com, and you can get PS for a TON less. You just have to show them a valid report card. BUT: Becoming a good artist is NOT something you can just do. Not only am I a good computer artist, I am a good pencil/painting/paper artist as well. Having a artistic eye is a must. PS Tips: 1. Download a TON of brushes. I have at least two thousand brushes in my brush library. A great site for brushes is brusheezy.com. 2. FONTS. dafont.com has a great selection of fonts. Get some good grunge-type fonts, pixel fonts, and some sans-serif fonts too. Maybe some serif fonts if you need them. 3. DRAW. I draw a ton. A TON. LOTS AND LOTS. I also paint regularly. 4. Remember, a ton of sexy stuff looks bad. When I first did the logo, I had a ton of extra grunge-brushes all over the background. Then I realized it looked like crap, and took them out. 5. PLAY. Playing around with Photoshop is really how I learned the program. Being a game artist, I also texture models/environments/etc. and you learn little tricks like making sexy metal, wood, etc. Opening it up and saying, I can't even draw a square, this sucks is not the right attitude. Seriously, I work in Photoshop everyday, and I learn stuff everyday. I need to warn you all though: DO NOT directly link to the avatar on my server. This fucks my bandwidth. Download it on you computer, then upload it on imageshack or something. EDIT: Hexa, I noticed you are direct linking. Please take it off. Just download and upload to imageshack.
